2024 Mendota Heights Masher 10C/12C Tournament - Friday June 7th - Sunday, June 9th - $385
Mendota Heights Warriors Fastpitch will be hosting the Mendota Heights Masher Tourney on Friday June 7th - Sunday June 8th in 2024 for 10U C teams and 12U C teams.
- $385 Registration + 2 Game Balls, no gate fee
- 5 game guarantee
- 3 pool games on Friday and Saturday + 2 bracket games on Sunday
- Pool Game schedule will include game start times of Friday 5:45p, Friday 7:15p, Sat 8:30a, Sat 10a, Sat 11:30a, Sat 1p, Sat 2:30p, Sat 4p, Sat 5:30p.
- Teams who would prefer to have or avoid Friday pool games can make a request but we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate special requests. Teams playing a pool game on Friday will play 2 pool games on Saturday and avoid earlier start times. Teams not playing on Friday will have earlier starts on Saturday and potentially a longer break between games.
- Bracket game schedule will include game start times of Sun 8a, 9:30a, 11a, 12:30p, 2p, and 3:30p.
- 65 minute no new inning games.
- Weather may impact start times and length of games. Tourney director may choose to shorten games to fit games in
- Sunday Brackets are divided into 4 team brackets based on how teams did in pool play with a Gold, Silver and Bronze bracket.
- 1st and 2nd place in the Gold Bracket will earn an unpaid berth to the Monsta Nationals tournament. 1st place for Silver will also be awarded a berth.
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in all brackets will be awarded medals
- We will use Minnesota Softball site for pool play and brackets. Teams should follow the schedules posted on the site for pool play and bracket play.

Game Locations & Parking
Mendakota Park in Mendota Heights is located at 2000 Mendakota Dr, Mendota Heights, MN.
Parking:
There is a main parking lot with many parking spots. If the main lot fills, Mendakota Road has street parking, and Dodd Road also has street parking available.
Note: Please do not pull up into grass areas or park in areas not designated for parking. The Mendota Heights police will tow vehicles preventing emergency vehicles from entering the parking lot or parked on the grass.
Stands/Seating:
Each field has linited seating in stands behind the backstop and families are welcome to bring their own chairs and sit down the baselines as well.

Mendakota now has dugout covers over all player benches. No more temporary canopes over the players!
Why we are hosting a "C" only tourney
We want to give C level teams an opportunity to enjoy a C level only tournament. Many tournaments are formatted as A/B/C or B/C with C teams getting lumped into the same pools as A and B teams. This often leads to these C teams not enjoying the tournament as much as they would if they were playing against similarly skilled teams.
Coaches Check-in Procedure
1. Please check-in at least 45 minutes before your first game of the day at our check-in desk near the concessions (between all the fields).
2. Please provide your 2 game balls for the tournament. If you do not have any, game balls will be made available for $6 per ball.
3. Rosters are handled online. No roster check in required.
Can teams earn a berth to Nationals?
Yes. The Gold Bracket 1st and 2nd place will earn a spot at Monsta as well as Silver bracket 1st place.

Concessions & Bathrooms
Concessions will be served from 5:15pm - 8:30pm on Friday, 8am-5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Please help support our tournament by not bringing your own food into the ballpark. Please purchase food and drinks from our concessions.

Mens and Womens Restrooms are available at Mendakota at the center of the park behind the concessions. Additional satellites will be available in other areas of the park.
Ffield Warmup Locations & Parking Map
Parking lot and street parking are highlighted in yellow below.
Please do not park in the grass, do not double park, and do not park on the shoulders of the parking lot. Police will tow vehicles if emergency vehicles cannot get through the parking lot and we do not want anyone to be towed.
Fields will not have 200ft temporary fences so the full slowpitch outfield will be in play. This reduces the amount of space available for warmups for teams arriving once games have started, The field map below shows 10 options for teams arriving to use for space to warmup. Please be considerate of other teams and do not take up a massive space for your team warmups. Space will be limited, please try and provide the all teams some space by not taking up too much on your own.
